Monica Dandridge, affectionately known as “Ms. Dee,” is the owner of Purposed With Solutions LLC. For more than 25 years, her professional experience has included human resources, employee-consumer support, banking and mortgage operations, executive administration, logistics & transportation.
Across these roles, one strength has remained consistent: Ms. Dee recognizes patterns, organizes information, listens carefully, and identifies what others may be overlooking. Her approach is direct, respectful, and grounded in facts, accountability, personal standards, and individual responsibility.
As a writer, educator, and experienced professional, Ms. Dee addresses difficult subjects and makes complicated situations easier to understand. Her work centers on pattern recognition, personal standards, boundaries and access, and decision-making.
Through straightforward educational content and Personalized Feedback sessions, she helps people examine what repeated behavior may be revealing, consider what their current decisions are producing, and determine which matters may need to be addressed differently.
Her perspective is informed by lived experience, continued personal growth, independent study, and a commitment to communicating honestly and responsibly.
