Remote Online Notarization
Remote Online Notary Services allow you to have eligible documents notarized electronically via a secure, live audio-video platform; no in-person meeting required. This service is ideal for clients who need fast, convenient notarization from anywhere, including those who are out of state, have limited mobility, or simply prefer the ease of completing everything online.
Requirements for Remote Online Notarization:

A reliable internet connection and a device with a working camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for identity verification

Successful completion of Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and/or biometric identity verification, as required by the RON platform

All signers must be personally present on camera for the entire session, from a private location free of distractions

Documents must be uploaded and ready for review before the scheduled session begins

All required witnesses, if applicable, must also appear live via video and have valid identification.
Note: Please do not sign your document before the session unless instructed by the issuing organization. The notary must witness the signing electronically in real time when required by the notarial act.

Mobile (In-Person) Notary Services
Mobile Notary Services allow you to have eligible documents notarized in person at a convenient location. This service is ideal for individuals, families, professionals, hospitals, care facilities, and clients who prefer or require face-to-face notarization support.

Is a deposit required to schedule a notary appointment?
Yes. A non-refundable $10 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance and any additional fees will be collected by electronic invoice at the time of service.
